Two days post-surgery, Muscoreil ordered a CT scan for Henry. While reviewing the results, he allegedly began shouting at her when she requested an in-person examination. The scan indicated gas and fluid, which Muscoreil claimed should resolve on its own. However, when Henry persisted, he reportedly yelled, "Don't you tell me how to do my job!" and "You wanted me to come in here and check on you. Here I am."
