Welsh model and TV personality Imogen Thomas has proudly unveiled the results of her recent breast reduction and uplift surgery during a luxurious holiday in Dubai. The 42-year-old former Big Brother star took to social media to share a series of bikini-clad photos, showcasing her dramatically changed figure with evident joy and confidence.
A Sun-Soaked Dubai Reveal
On Monday, Imogen treated her followers to stunning visuals from her getaway at the opulent Atlantis The Royal hotel. She was pictured cooling off in the water while wearing an eye-catching orange and blue striped bikini, the scoop-neck top perfectly highlighting her new silhouette. Shielding her eyes from the sun with sunglasses, the model looked sensational and completely at ease.
Later, she modelled a chic white two-piece on her balcony, which offered picturesque views of the ocean. With her long hair left loose and a radiant smile, Imogen strutted towards the camera, confidently tying her bikini bottoms as she flaunted her jaw-dropping figure. The reality star's happiness was palpable as she was also photographed sitting cross-legged on a sun lounger, pouring herself a generous glass of Veuve Clicquot champagne.
The 'Best Decision' for Her Health and Happiness
This glamorous display comes after Imogen underwent significant cosmetic surgery to have her breast implants removed. She has been incredibly open about the process, gushing that it was the 'best decision she's made'. In a recent social media post, she wrote, 'Getting my implants removed is the best decision I made…. And I have one person to thank @dr.salihonurbasat. Girls if your thinking about it please just go for it! My only regret is that I didn’t go sooner.'
The decision was one she contemplated carefully. Just before the procedure, which took place earlier this year, Imogen even asked her fans to help her choose between removing the implants for a more natural look with an uplift or replacing them with new implants. Her followers voted overwhelmingly for her to reduce her bust size. She ultimately had the implants, which had originally increased her breast size from a 34C to a 34E, completely removed and opted for an uplift.
A Journey to a More Comfortable Self
Imogen travelled to Istanbul for the operation with surgeon Dr. Salih Onurbasat, documenting much of the experience for her fans. She explained that her motivation was largely driven by physical discomfort, citing lower back pain and feeling 'too heavy' after losing weight. 'I cannot wait, my boobs right now are really big for me,' she shared before the surgery. 'I've lost quite a bit of weight, and I just can't have this anymore.'
Following the operation, she posted a positive update, stating, 'Success. I’m recovering RN. I haven’t seen the results yet, so stay tuned. But my day was so smooth and extremely organised.' Fans flooded her with supportive messages, wishing her a speedy recovery and applauding her for making a choice that made her happy.
This was not her first experience with breast surgery; a procedure in 2017 left her 'petrified and in tears'. However, her latest journey appears to have been a resounding success, culminating in the confident and joyful display seen during her sun-soaked Dubai retreat.
