Incident at Moorways Sports Village
Emergency services evacuated Moorways Sports Village in Derby on Thursday afternoon following reports of a chemical leak. Around 12 people experienced breathing difficulties and were assessed by paramedics at the scene.
Derbyshire Fire and Rescue Service said crews were called to the leisure centre on Moor Lane in Allenton at 1:38pm. The centre was evacuated as a precaution while emergency teams dealt with the incident.
