In the clip, Anna first removes the plastic label and tears off the leafy top. She then slices off the shorter ends with a large knife. The key step involves placing the pineapple upright, halving it, and then positioning one half skin-side up to see the natural segments. She cuts along the lines at an angle, rotates the fruit 90 degrees, and continues to create 'fingers' of pineapple.
