Fitness expert reveals how to eat McDonald's on a weight loss diet

A fitness expert has shared how to enjoy McDonald's while still losing weight, emphasising that calorie deficit is key. Rosi May, who posted on Instagram, explained that simple swaps can save over 500 calories per meal.

Rosi demonstrated with a typical large meal: a Double Quarter Pounder with cheese, large fries, and a full-fat Coke, totalling 1,385 calories. She suggested switching to a Diet Coke or Coke Zero to save 212 calories, downsizing fries from large to medium to save about 107 calories, and swapping the Double Quarter Pounder for a double cheeseburger.

These changes reduce the meal by over 500 calories, allowing dieters to still enjoy McDonald's without exceeding daily limits. Rosi stressed that weight loss doesn't require deprivation, just smarter choices.
