Revealing her technique, Jessica explained: "This breakfast is still on high rotation in the JSHealth HQ. It's just THAT good! Brimming with satiating protein and ready in five minutes... need we say more?"
The surprising ingredient added by Jessica is simply cottage cheese, which can be purchased from most supermarkets for under £2.

Avocado and Cottage Cheese Toast Recipe
Ingredients
- Two slices of sourdough
- 1/2 an avocado, smashed
- 100g of cottage cheese
- One teaspoon of honey
- One teaspoon of chilli flakes
Method
- Toast the bread until golden.
- Mash the avocado using a fork and layer onto the toast, adding salt and pepper to taste if preferred.
- Add the cottage cheese on top, then drizzle with the honey and scatter the chilli flakes.
- Enjoy straight away.
You can add fried or scrambled eggs for an extra protein hit.
