Quick Air Fryer Cinnamon Rolls Made with Two-Ingredient Dough

A quick and easy recipe for cinnamon rolls using a two-ingredient yoghurt dough has been shared, promising a sweet treat in under 30 minutes. The dough, made from natural yoghurt and self-raising flour, eliminates the need for yeast and the long rising times typically required.

The recipe, tested in a Philips XXL Connected Air Fryer, involves mixing the yoghurt and flour until a sticky dough forms, then kneading on a floured surface. After rolling into a rectangle, the dough is brushed with melted butter and sprinkled with brown sugar and cinnamon before being rolled and sliced.

The rolls are placed in the air fryer basket with space between them and cooked at 180C for 10 to 15 minutes. The tester recommends turning them halfway through for even cooking. A cream cheese frosting can be added for extra indulgence.
