The technique was shared by self-taught cook Arash Hashemi, who regularly posts keto-friendly recipes. He explained: "This is the secret to the juiciest chicken breast you've ever had. These are practically dripping with juice."
The Secret Ingredient
Arash seasons his chicken with herbs and spices like paprika and oregano, along with yoghurt and lemon juice. But the key ingredient is bicarbonate of soda. This effective tenderiser increases the surface pH level of the meat, preventing proteins from contracting and forcing out moisture during cooking. The result is juicy, tender chicken every time.

How to Prepare Chicken Breast
Arash also detailed his cooking method. First, ensure the chicken is at room temperature by leaving it out of the fridge for a few minutes. Do not leave it out for an extended period to avoid bacteria growth. Then, place the chicken in a frying pan with oil over medium heat, cover with a lid, and cook for three minutes.
