A medical expert has claimed that Donald Trump is nearing the end of his life after analysing footage of the US President hosting Chinese leader Xi Jinping in Washington.
Dr Adam James, a physical therapist who says he has treated elderly patients for 15 years, based his conclusion on Trump's decision to wear gloves in 20C heat and his reaction to a cluster of jets performing a flyby.

"He made this face when a jet flew over because he has frontotemporal dementia (FTD) which severely diminishes his ability to filter sound and also tolerate high volumes," he alleged.
"Or he was just taking a s***. Who knows at this point," added the physical therapist.
Dr James said FTD can cause a symptom called hyperacusis, described as a pathological oversensitivity to everyday sound. He claimed that exposing an FTD patient to a sound around 110 decibels, similar to jets flying at 1,000 feet, would produce such a reaction.
"110 decibels is similar to a rock concert or a car horn in close proximity. That is a level of sound a lot of do get exposed to from time to time and that is normal," he said.
Gloves and bruising
Dr James suggested the 80-year-old wore gloves to hide bruising from IV drips on his hands. In a post to his Instagram followers, he said: "He is wearing two gloves in 64 degree weather in late September which makes no sense. Unless of course you are a malignant narcist with unstoppable vanity and you are trying to hide the severe bruising on both of your hands from the IV treatments you are getting to extend your life."
He added: "I bet the bruising begins to show up more often and will be way worse than it ever was. Letting us know that the end if even closer than we already thought."
YMCA fixation
Dr James also claimed frontotemporal dementia would explain Trump's fondness for the Village People's YMCA song. He said the condition can cause musicophilia, an abnormal fixation or craving for certain songs or sounds.
"He loves the YMCA song not because of the song but because his brain is shrinking inside of his skull," he claimed, adding: "Add this to the mountain of reasons that the big beautiful obituary is coming any day now."
