Model and presenter Vogue Williams has shared the heartbreak of suffering two miscarriages, one before the birth of her daughter Gigi in 2020 and another last year. The 40-year-old revealed the deeply personal experiences on her YouTube channel, following the announcement that she and husband Spencer Matthews are expecting their fourth child.
Speaking on What Does She Even Do?, Williams began with a trigger warning before detailing the first loss, which occurred very early in pregnancy. She described it as 'awful' but noted she became pregnant again quickly. The second miscarriage was more advanced, happening at around three months when she discovered the embryo had not grown.
Williams admitted she felt 'nervous' about her current pregnancy but is 'grateful' for symptoms like sickness that reassure her. She confessed she was unsure about trying again but is glad they did, despite the constant worry. The couple, who married in 2018, already have three children: Gigi, Otto, and Theodore.
