Made In Chelsea stars Jamie Laing and Sophie Habboo have delighted fans by sharing intimate photos of their newborn son Ziggy's first weeks, including a candid labour snap. The couple welcomed their first child last week, with Sophie, 31, posting a serene image of herself in hospital with monitoring straps, alongside a photo of Jamie in the delivery suite wearing an eye mask and black pyjamas.
Sophie's followers praised her for the labour photo, with one commenting: 'How do you still look like a supermodel during labour? Beautiful!' The carousel also included a picture of baby Ziggy's hand, as the family of three began their new life together.
Announcing the birth on Instagram, Jamie wrote: 'Ziggy, you have our whole hearts.' Celebrity friends including Stacey Solomon, Stacey Dooley, Rochelle Humes, Rylan Clark, and The One Show's Alex Jones offered congratulations, with Alex saying: 'Let the adventures begin!'
The couple recently recorded the final episode of their Nearly Parents podcast, where Sophie broke down in tears during a surprise goodbye party for her maternity leave. During the episode, they joked about methods to induce labour, including sex, with Sophie quipping about her changing body.
Jamie and Sophie met on E4's Made In Chelsea and later became presenters on Radio One. Jamie proposed at the Rosewood London hotel in December 2021, the site of their first date.
