Former Coronation Street actress Kym Marsh has received what she described as a "wonderful Christmas gift" – the arrival of her fourth grandchild, born on Christmas Day.
A Festive Arrival for the Marsh Family
The 49-year-old star announced the happy news on Instagram, revealing that her daughter, Emilie Cunliffe, had given birth to a son in the morning of 25 December 2025. Sharing a tender photograph of the newborn, Kym introduced her latest grandson as Bobby Saint Mykola Hoszowskyj.
"Well what a wonderful Christmas gift this is!!" Kym wrote in her celebratory post. "Welcome to the world Bobby Saint Mykola Hoszowskyj!!! He’s so beautiful!"
Quick Birth and Proud Grandmother
Emilie Cunliffe provided her own account of the speedy delivery, explaining to her followers that after arriving at the hospital at 10:25am, her son was born just ten minutes later at 10:35am. She called him her "perfect Christmas present".
Kym expressed immense pride in her daughter, calling Emilie a "warrior" in her Instagram caption. She also praised Emilie's husband, Mikey Hoszowskyj, for being "her rock" on the big day. The actress shared additional photos, including one of Emilie's other children – six-year-old son Teddy and nine-year-old stepdaughter Polly – carefully holding their new brother.
Expanding Family Tree
This new baby boy is Emilie's second child and Kym's fourth grandchild. Emilie shares her son Teddy with partner Michael and is stepmother to his daughter Polly. Kym's eldest child, David, has a son named Clayton, who was born in 2022.
Both Emilie and David are Kym's children from her first marriage to David Cunliffe. The pair were together for five years, separating in 1999. Kym's personal life has seen her marry actor Jack Ryder in 2002 and later Hollyoaks star Jamie Lomas, with whom she welcomed daughter Polly in 2011 after the tragic loss of their son Archie in 2009. She was most recently married to Scott Ratcliff from 2021 to 2023.
The Marsh family's Christmas was undoubtedly transformed by the joyous new arrival, with Kym declaring to her followers: "We are all in love!! Merry Christmas everyone."
