Ioan Gruffudd, best known for his role in Fantastic Four, and his wife Bianca Wallace have announced the birth of their first child together. The couple shared the news on social media, revealing that their daughter, Mila Mae Gruffudd, was born on 2 November 2025, a month before her due date.
In a heartfelt Instagram post, the pair expressed their joy, writing: 'November was a biggie. Name: Mila Mae Gruffudd. Birth date: 2 November 2025. Due date: 2 December 2025. Bubba Bear and Rocky: Absolutely smitten. Daddy & Mommy: Completely and totally in love with our tiny little angel.' The post included photos from the hospital, showing the couple sharing a kiss, as well as flowers and baby items.
Fans were quick to congratulate the new parents, with comments such as 'Congratulations to you both. Blessings' and 'What a lucky little girl to be born to two such wonderful humans.' This is the first child for Bianca, while Ioan already has two daughters, Ella, 15, and Elsie, 11, from his previous marriage to Alice Evans.
Ioan, 51, and Bianca, 33, met in Australia in 2021 while filming the TV series Harrow. They went public with their romance that same year, got engaged in January 2024, and married in April 2025. Bianca announced her pregnancy in June 2025.
Bianca has been open about her battle with Multiple Sclerosis, an autoimmune disease she was diagnosed with at age 25. She has spoken about the support she receives from Ioan, saying: 'When you've got an amazing support system, everything's different. I feel very lucky to be with someone so supportive.'
