Hollyoaks actress Jessamy Stoddart, known for playing Liberty Savage on the Channel 4 soap, has announced she is expecting her second child. The 32-year-old shared the news on Instagram on Monday, December 22, posting a series of photos including a baby bump mirror selfie and a Christmas tree decoration reading 'Baby O'Gorman. Due May 2026.'
In her announcement, Stoddart wrote: 'So incredibly lucky to be growing a little brother or sister for Joni.' She and her husband Ryan O'Gorman are already parents to daughter Joni Drew, born in January 2023. The couple married in 2021.
Fellow soap stars were quick to congratulate her. Nikki Sanderson, who played Maxine Minniver in Hollyoaks, commented: 'Amazing news!!!! So happy for you all.' Former Coronation Street star Kimberly Hart-Simpson added: 'Ahhh this is great news!!!! Big love to you all.'
Stoddart first appeared as Liberty Savage in 2010, the half-sibling of Sienna Blake and Dodger Savage. Her storylines have included postpartum psychosis and having a child with Sienna's partner Brody Hudson.
