Popular Gogglebox star Helena Worthington has delighted fans by announcing she is expecting her second child. The beloved Channel 4 personality shared the happy news along with a reflective update on her growing family.
A Precious Family Update
Taking to Instagram, the Manchester-based star posted a series of snaps from a day out, confirming her pregnancy in the caption. Helena revealed she is 33 weeks pregnant and reflected on visiting the RHS Bridgewater gardens with her first child, six-year-old son Irwin.
"Pregnant. Tired. Raging indigestion," she wrote candidly. "Still crouching down to explain why we don't dig up all the bulbs. 33 weeks pregnant at RHS Bridgewater with my first baby, while waiting for my next one."
She described the "in-between moments" as "really precious lately — messy, slow, and very real," while also expressing how strange it feels that her son will "seem so big all of a sudden."

The announcement prompted an immediate and joyful reaction from her followers, with many rushing to congratulate the star. One fan exclaimed, "Omgosh many congratulations!! How precious," while another added, "Ahhhh huge congratulations!"

Helena Worthington, who joined the hit Channel 4 show in 2017 for its tenth series alongside her mum Alison and Alison's partner George, is also an accomplished artist. Based at Islington Mill, she focuses on sculpting and painting.
Her work has been displayed in prestigious venues including The Whitworth Art Gallery and The Manchester Open at Home, with paintings held in various private collections. In a past interview, she humorously credited the start of her artistic journey to drawing on walls and in her mum's cookbooks as a child and blaming it on her brother.
