Gogglebox star Helena Worthington has announced the birth of her second child. The 31-year-old, who appears on the Channel 4 show alongside her mother Alison and Alison's partner George, shared the news on Instagram with a photo of herself holding the newborn.
'Swapping screen time for snuggles (and plenty of nappy changes!) as we welcome our little one to the world,' she wrote. 'I'll be quieter on here for a bit while we find our feet. The new boss is here and has already called all the shots.'
Helena and her partner Dan already have a son, Erwin, born in 2019. She announced her pregnancy in December 2025, posting about symptoms including tiredness and indigestion, and reflecting on the precious 'in-between moments' before the baby's arrival.
The news comes as Channel 4 prepares to air the 27th series of Gogglebox, starting tonight. It is not yet known whether Helena will appear in the episode, as she took a break from the previous series following the death of her grandmother.
Helena previously told fans she would not film the last episode of the previous series, saying her grandmother 'played such a huge part in my life and loved me fiercely'.
