A healthcare expert has alleged that the whites of President Donald Trump's eyes have vanished due to his consumption of powerful stimulants, and that his brain may be dying. Dr Adam James analysed footage of the commander-in-chief appearing to nod off during a press briefing.
Footage from the Oval Office meeting featuring Health Secretary RFK Jr showed the whites of his eyes had retreated far into the corners, almost disappearing beneath his eyelids.
Doctor's Claims on Dementia and Sundowning
Dr James, a specialist physiotherapist with expertise in elderly care, declared: "President Donald J. Slump could barely stay awake during a press conference in his own God damn office because he has dementia and he is sundowning.
"The whites of his eyes have disappeared because he is high as a kite on some sort of stimulant – Adderall or Provigil, who knows. His dementia has progressed to the point where the most gravely, brain numbing sound which is RFK's voice cannot ruse him awake."
Brain Disconnecting from Sleep-Wake Cycle
The healthcare expert also maintained in an Instagram clip to his millions of followers: "Clinically speaking, these are all dementia symptoms. He is sundowning. His brain is disconnecting from a typical sleep-wake day-night circadian rhythm because a structure called the suprachiasmatic nucleus is atrophying or breaking down."
"This is the structure of your brain that houses the master clock or your internal sense of day-night sleep-wake cycles. This is why he will be awake all night s*** posting on a social media platform that he started and then be unable to stay awake during the day."
Stimulant Tolerance and Brain Deterioration
Dr James added, "This is not about him being fatigued. Although that is in play. This is about somebody's brain dissolving inside of their skull. It would be a shame if he had the nuclear codes."
Additionally, his decades-long stimulant use has created tolerance within his system. Consequently, the stimulants can no longer maintain his alertness during crucial moments, such as appearing on camera before journalists. His dementia and brain deterioration have progressed to such an extent that it could occur at any moment.
Trump has previously been accused of having such severe incontinence that "you can smell him around the corner." According to Scott Small, director of the Alzheimer's Disease Research Center at Columbia University, dementia is a form of the "brain cells dying".
He said: "What matters most is the dying of cells. By the time I see a patient with Alzheimer's dementia, I'm usually quite certain they've had a slowly percolating disorder of at least a decade or longer."
