Simon Minty, who appears on the show alongside his sister Jane, took to Instagram to share snaps from a New Year's Day outing. The Surrey-based duo, who have been fan favourites since joining Gogglebox in 2021, often update their 54,000 followers on their lives away from the screen.
This time, Simon posted a photo that showed him enjoying a day out with friends, which included the recognisable face of actress, comedian, and fellow disability rights campaigner Liz Carr. The group were hunting for Snoopy sculptures around London's Fleet Street Quarter.

While Jane works as a chef, Simon, who was born with restricted growth, has built a significant career as a disability rights advocate. He is the founder of Sminty Ltd, a consultancy that helps major organisations like the BBC, HSBC, and The Football Association improve their services for disabled people.
His friend Liz Carr is equally renowned in this field, alongside her successful acting career. She is best known to millions for playing forensic examiner Clarissa Mullery on the long-running BBC crime drama Silent Witness, starring opposite Emilia Fox. Carr has also appeared in major series like Good Omens and The Witcher.
