Casualties and Damage
Tambov regional governor Yevgeny Pervyshov reported that seven night-shift workers were killed and 25 others wounded at the Kotovsk warehouse. Ukrainian military analyst Serhii Kuzan told the BBC that Wildberries was a vital supplier of dual-use and sanctioned goods and electronics to the Russian army.
Separately, Ukrainian forces struck a fuel depot in Noginsk that supplies the Russian armed forces, according to Ukraine's general staff. The military also reported hitting two tankers, two floating cranes, and a tugboat in the Black and Azov seas, used for transporting oil, fuel, and military cargo. Additionally, a Russian Project 10410 Svetlyak-class patrol ship was struck in Kerch, the second such vessel hit in two days, and a railway bridge over the Bila River near Sabivka in occupied Luhansk was damaged.
Russian Strikes on Kyiv
Russian missiles hit Kyiv and the surrounding region early Sunday, killing at least one person and injuring nine others, with fires breaking out across the city. Kyiv mayor Vitali Klitschko reported fires at a dormitory, residential block, and supermarket. Several non-residential buildings and warehouses were struck, and parked cars and office buildings were set on fire. Two people were injured in the Kyiv region, and warehouses were damaged.
Monaco Assassination Attempt
Ukraine's prosecutor general, Ruslan Kravchenko, said investigators recovered key evidence in the attempted assassination of Ukrainian businessman Vadym Iermolaiev in Monaco. Specialists from Ukraine's security services restored a surveillance-camera recording that suspects allegedly tried to destroy. The footage was among key evidence in the investigation.

Odesa Port Attack

International Involvement
