Harry Styles Warns Wembley Fans Amid 37C Heatwave, Urges Hydration
Harry Styles Warns Wembley Fans in 37C Heatwave

Harry Styles issued a stark warning to fans about the London heatwave during his performance at Wembley Stadium on Tuesday. The 32-year-old singer, performing as part of his Together, Together world tour residency, addressed the soaring temperatures with his signature dry wit before turning serious.

“Before we get into it... I don't know if you've heard - no-one’s mentioned it - but its quite hot,” Styles said. He then urged concert-goers: “So, you know, look after yourselves, try to stay hydrated. If you need anything at any point just let me know. We can stop at any time, it's okay.” He concluded: “Look after yourselves. We're going to have some fun!”

Wembley Stadium’s Heatwave Measures

On Tuesday, Wembley Stadium officially warned fans to stay hydrated and wear loose clothing for Styles’ Friday show, when temperatures are expected to peak at 37°C in the capital. Forecasts predict 35°C at Wembley at 5pm when doors open, remaining high as Styles takes the stage at 8.15pm after support act Shania Twain.

Fans have been instructed not to arrive early to avoid waiting in the sun. In a break from usual rules, metal or hard plastic water bottles are allowed inside and can be refilled at free water stations. Bottled water sold at bars will have a 50% price reduction. The stadium also urges regular breaks in shaded areas, wearing sun cream, and limiting alcohol consumption. Free sun cream is available at all information points.

Record-Breaking Residency

Friday’s show will be the seventh of a 12-night residency at Wembley, aiming to beat Coldplay’s record of 10 performances there last year. The run is set to break the record for most performances by any artist in a single year at the national stadium. Styles will also surpass Taylor Swift’s record for most concerts by a solo artist during a single run at Wembley; Swift performed eight shows in 2024. Styles’ final show is on July 4.
