GB News Halts for 'Disturbing' Migrant Guide on Rape and Consent Laws
GB News Halts for Migrant Guide on Rape and Consent Laws

GB News came to a halt for a breaking announcement on the ongoing migrant crisis, with presenter Martin Daubney warning viewers to “brace themselves” for what he was about to share.

He said: “Brace yourselves. We’ve got some huge breaking news. It’s very, very rare that a story comes to GB News and completely takes my breath away, but it’s this.”

Home Office Guide on Rape and Consent

Daubney revealed that asylum seekers coming to Britain are being given booklets telling them not to rape women and warning that sex with children is illegal in the United Kingdom. The guide, which is available on the Home Office website, tells migrants that men and women are equal under UK law and explains that people will go to prison if they attack their partner.

The stunned presenter added: “It goes on to say that the legal age of consent in the UK is 16 and this means that anyone under the age of 16 is considered a child and cannot legally agree to have sex.”

Presenter’s Reaction and Guide Details

Continuing to read off the Home Office website, Daubney remarked: “Sex with someone under the age of 16 is a serious crime in the UK. There are no exceptions to this rule. Even if they say yes, it is still illegal. You could go to prison, lose your support and accommodation and it will affect your asylum claim.”

The astonished GB News host went on: “Seriously? This is being handed out to asylum seekers in this country. It’s been called a disturbing guide on how not to rape women. It’s being paid for by the British taxpayer and it’s being handed out to immigrants arriving from different countries.”

Viewer Outrage on Social Media

Daubney read further comments from the guide which includes the definition of rape, declaring: “Presumably in the countries some of these men are coming from, none of these rules apply. Is this an admission we’re importing dangerous men from countries who have no concept of British law? No concept of sex with minors? No concept of rules of consent?”

The guide also states that it’s illegal to harass people and warns people to never make sexual comments to strangers.

The update has sparked outrage among viewers, many of whom took to social media to criticise the Home Office for publishing the guide. One raged: “This is a silent acknowledgement by the Home Office that we’re importing thousands of uncivilised third worlders who needs to be told rape is illegal - the Home Office is clear as day endangering the public and downplaying it and covering it up. They’re absolute criminals.”

Another shared: “Home office admit theres a problem seriously??? To give out leaflets!!??? Disturbing issues within that building. Someone needs to Investigate this place!???”

A third posted: “We were told these people aren’t animals they won’t rape people! Now they are saying they will because they don’t know better?”

A fourth echoed: “Utterly speechless. I simply don’t have the words to describe or express what I am feeling right now.”

Another weighed in: “So they know there is a substantial problem and this is a pathetic attempt to deal with it. Both Labour and Tories are a disgrace - where is their duty of care to our women and kids? Those rights not worth protecting it seems.”
