The 56-year-old Real Housewives of Beverly Hills cast member appeared as a guest on Andy Cohen's Watch What Happens Live on Thursday. During the show, Cohen referenced the recent season 15 premiere of RHOBH, where Zoe, 54, disclosed that three different people had tried to set her up with Umansky, 55, an offer she declined.
When Cohen directly asked Richards for her reaction to Zoe's revelation, the reality star delivered a swift and pointed reply: "You're too old for him." She quickly followed up, clarifying her statement was "not a slight on her, that's a slight on Mo. To be very clear."
Separate Lives and New Romances
This exchange comes as both Richards and Umansky, who confirmed their separation in July 2023 after nearly three decades of marriage, have been linked to other people. The real estate mogul has frequently been photographed showing affection towards younger women.
Most notably, he was pictured hugging and kissing the cheek of 34-year-old FBoy Island star CJ Franco after a dinner at Craig's restaurant on Thanksgiving Eve. The images caused a stir, with the couple's daughters discovering the news during their Thanksgiving celebration.
Umansky has insisted Franco is just a friend, telling Page Six the photos appeared "more cozy" than reality.
