Kim Kardashian and the producers of Love Island USA have joined forces to create a new reality series that follows elite baseball families, set to premiere soon.
Inside the New Show
The upcoming programme tracks a handpicked group of parents who have enrolled their children at the prestigious sporting institution Legendary Prep Academy. Based in Scottsdale, Arizona, the academy moulds the future generation of baseball champions under the guidance of former professional athletes.
The academy's coaching staff features head coach Mark Karaviotis; hitting coordinator and scout Joe Dunigan; assistant coach Terrell Hudson; director of strength and conditioning Josh Garcia and middle school head coach Taylor Hubbell.
Focus on the Families
Rather than focusing on the academy's pupils, seven families will take centre stage in Team Moms: Baseball. According to the official synopsis: "While the kids compete on the field, the drama unfolds in the stands, where the parents are their children's biggest champions and each other's fiercest critics. Friendships are tested, and rivalries emerge; proving that baseball is more than a game, it's a lifestyle."
With the glamorous families on show and the high-octane drama, it is poised to be essential viewing for devotees of programmes like Selling Sunset and Dance Moms. Featured among the cast are The Scoffone family, with entrepreneur mum Nina described as the one "who says what everyone else is thinking."
In a recent Instagram post introducing herself to her followers, she wrote: "My world is a mix of family, business, baseball and plenty of beautiful chaos. I love deeply, speak honestly and almost always have more happening behind the scenes than anyone realises."

The cast also features Rylee, Dallas and Sal Baldri; Melanie, Jon and KJ Dunmar; Heather, Scott and Stryker Feldhacker; Trish, Casey and Hayden Mears; AJ and Rocco Scoffone; Trina, Joey and Jett Taylor and Erin, Tommy and Cole Wolczik.
Executive producers Kim Kardashian and Natalie Ento stated: "We knew immediately there was something special about this world. These families are passionate, competitive and completely all in when it comes to their kids-and sometimes what happens in the stands is just as intense as what happens on the field. That's what makes Team Moms: Baseball so much fun to watch."
Love Island USA's producers ITV America are behind the forthcoming release, alongside Kim Kardashian Productions and Skydance Sports. UK viewers will be able to exclusively stream the show on Paramount Plus from 24 September.
