Coronation Street's Sarah Platt Vows to Kill Again as She Targets Kacey

Coronation Street's Sarah Platt may kill again after a sinister threat saw her eyeing up her next victim. Having had enough of being terrorised in prison, Sarah targeted her violent fellow inmate, Kacey.

When they first met, Kacey claimed she would be there to protect Sarah and be a friend for her after Sarah got attacked. Kacey's true intentions soon became clear, however, as she tried to get Sarah's ex Kit Green, a detective, to help her. Kacey's son faces trouble with the law after an armed robbery, and when Sarah refused to help, Kacey turned against her.

Sarah Warns Kacey of Consequences

On Wednesday, Sarah decided to take action. As Kacey continued to threaten her, even threatening her family, Sarah warned her of the consequences. Sarah reminded Kacey that she was in prison for murder, having accidentally killed Theo Silverton. She told Kacey to consider that before terrorising her.

Hinting she could be forced to kill again, Sarah teased Kacey would be her next victim if she didn't stay away, telling her to leave her alone. It remains to be seen whether Kacey will push Sarah too far and whether Sarah will take brutal action.

Unexpected Romance for Maggie and Brian

Spoilers for next week have confirmed a rather unexpected romance for Maggie and Brian, though it might be one-sided after a night of passion. In a twist no one will see coming, Maggie and Brian will be caught out, with Brian doing the walk of shame. While Brian is left smitten by the encounter, Maggie is desperate to forget about it.

It seems for now love is not about to blossom for this unlikely pair. Maggie's son-in-law Ben Driscoll and her grandson Ollie figure out what has gone on between Maggie and Brian, with others also spotting the pair. Spoilers reveal Ollie and Ben go into competition, with Speed Daal versus the Rovers, but they are both shocked, along with Eva, when they spot a dishevelled Brian on the staircase. Maggie is sheepish, not far behind Brian. While Brian is smitten with Maggie after spending the night together, Maggie soon tells her daughter-in-law Eva that she does not feel the same.

Sally and Tim Face Lucy's Accusations

Elsewhere next week on the Cobbles, spoilers reveal that Sally and Tim hear screams coming from the garden and find Lucy accusing their neighbour Jodie of spying. Sally books Lucy a counselling session, but Lucy ends up venting her hatred of Sally and Tim. When alone in her room, Lucy takes a secret call from her dad Richie, who tells her to stick to their story. With Richie in prison for the murder of his wife Rachel, and both he and Lucy claiming Richie acted in self-defence, it remains unclear what they are hiding.
