Mia McKenna Bruce, known for her role in ITV's Vera, has been cast as the lead in Netflix's upcoming adaptation of Agatha Christie's The Seven Dials Mystery. The series, which launches on Netflix on January 15, features a star-studded ensemble including Helena Bonham Carter, Martin Freeman, and Nabhaan Rizwan.

McKenna Bruce plays Lady Eileen 'Bundle' Brent, an inquisitive young woman who unravels a chilling plot after a practical joke at a country house party goes horribly wrong. The actress previously appeared in Vera's 2021 episode 'Recovery' as Maya Draper, and has also featured in The Witcher, EastEnders, and the BAFTA-winning film How to Have Sex.

The seven-part series is written by Chris Chibnall, known for Doctor Who and Broadchurch, and directed by Chris Sweeney. Executive producers include Suzanne Mackie from The Crown and Chris Sussman from Good Omens. The synopsis describes the show as a witty, epic, and fast-paced drama set in 1925 England.
