Traitors star Andrew Jenkins says he'll never return to the show
Traitors star Andrew Jenkins: I'll never do it again

Traitors contestant Andrew Jenkins has said he would "never" take part in the series again after his time at Ardross Castle. Speaking to Daily Star on behalf of Buzz Bingo, the Faithful admitted he would only return if asked back for an All Stars series.

Andrew Jenkins on his Traitors experience

Andrew, one of series two's most iconic competitors and a fan favourite for his level-headed, no-nonsense attitude, confessed: "It's something I'll never do again, unless they do an All Stars series and I get invited back, but it's a great experience. Just enjoy it, just enjoy the moment."

Asked whether he had any tips for future contestants, Andrew chuckled: "If I had any tips, I wouldn't be sat here talking to you! I'd be in the Caribbean this time of year, sat on the beach with a piña colada and £95,000 in my bank."

Advice for future contestants

He added: "I'd just say enjoy it. It's a great experience. I know that's easy to say now, but that's what I did halfway through the show, to be honest with you."

Andrew, who was the 12th person to leave the castle in series two, explained: "I knew I wasn't going to win it after Ross did his thing. I knew Harry had too much influence over Mollie and Jaz."

"So I just started enjoying it, and I thought, what's important to me are the people outside of this castle, my family and my loved ones. As long as they don't think any differently of me, that's what's more important, so [my advice is] just enjoying the whole experience."

Fellow contestant Ellie Buckley's reflection

Andrew's comments follow fellow Traitors contestant Ellie Buckley, who competed in the fourth series earlier this year, telling Daily Star that the game continued to affect her after she left Ardross Castle.

Ellie said: "I think what I learned about myself is that when someone speaks confidently, I listen to them and start to doubt my own opinion. But it was a helpful experience to learn to not just trust confident voices because we definitely had some confident but wrong players in our game."
