Chaos erupted on This Morning when hosts Ben Shephard and Cat Deeley were forced into a sudden schedule shake-up. The pair scrambled live on air after ITV bosses moved the beloved Spin To Win game to an earlier slot on Thursday (January 23).
The segment, usually around midday, was shifted before 11am, catching contestants off-guard. As the hosts began dialling entrants, the third call failed, prompting Ben to exclaim: 'It's because we've changed the time, they aren't expecting our call.'
The fourth caller answered but botched the passphrase rule. With only six potential contestants left and two calls remaining, tension mounted. The fifth call went unanswered, and the sixth also failed, leaving no player for the live game.
Under pressure, Cat received a notification via her earpiece and announced: 'It's a rollover.' Ben then spun the wheel. This means Friday's contestant will have the chance to win double prizes.
