The Repair Shop has confirmed that a brand new series will begin on Wednesday 28th January at 8pm on BBC One and iPlayer. The announcement was made on Instagram with a promotional image showing the experts outside the iconic barn.
Fans have reacted with excitement, calling it the 'best show on TV EVER' and a 'definite feel good program'. However, some viewers noticed the absence of the 'Teddy Bear Ladies' from the promo pictures and questioned where they were.
Sharp-eyed fans also spotted Dominic Chinea in the line-up, allaying fears that he might be leaving the show. Others noted the inclusion of Fred, the son of expert Steve, as a new face.
Production on the series recently wrapped, with specialist Sonnaz Nooranvary confirming her final day of filming in December. She shared behind-the-scenes photos and expressed excitement for viewers to see the new episodes, adding 'here's to TRS 2026'.
