Big Zuu made a swift exit from the Channel 4 show Sunday Brunch midway through the episode, leaving host Tim Lovejoy to ask, 'Are you leaving us after this?' The rapper, 29, was on the programme to demonstrate his 'lasagne on pizza' creation but cut his segment short to head to Glastonbury Festival.
Admitting he had to leave, Big Zuu said, 'I have to go yeah, I can't stay. I'm going to Glastonbury.' He joked about needing to 'find myself' at the festival and revealed he would be performing with AJ Tracey, travelling three hours for a ten-minute set. He showed off his festival wristband, already on, ahead of his 8pm slot.
Despite the rush, Big Zuu claimed his schedule was otherwise clear, stating, 'This is the first time in my life I'm actually doing nothing, I'm just going to chill.' Co-guest Kat Sadler from Such Brave Girls noted in her show notes, 'Zuu bunked off for Glasto,' confirming his early departure.
