Amber Davies Joins Strictly Come Dancing 2025 Amid Romance Rumours with Nikita Kuzmin

Amber Davies, the Love Island winner turned West End star, has joined the cast of Strictly Come Dancing 2025. She will make her debut on tomorrow night's first live show, dancing a Waltz with professional partner Nikita Kuzmin. The announcement comes after Dani Dyer's withdrawal due to injury.

Davies, 28, rose to fame winning Love Island in 2017 and has since built a career in theatre, with lead roles in Pretty Woman, 9 to 5: The Musical, and The Great Gatsby. She also presented the documentary Amber and Dolly: 9 to 5, hosts the podcast Call To Stage, and competed in Dancing on Ice.

Romance rumours have swirled around Davies and Kuzmin, with sources suggesting a close bond during rehearsals. Neither has commented publicly. Davies said: 'This has been the craziest 24 hours of my life. I’ve watched Strictly with my family since I was younger and to now be part of the show is a dream come true.'
