Netflix fans are 'hooked' on a steamy Mexican thriller that can be binged in an afternoon. The micro-series, titled 'Between Father and Son', has climbed into the UK top 10 since its release.
The 20-part series follows Barbara (Pamela Almanza), a respected lawyer whose life changes after a few suspenseful minutes. She visits the house of her fiancé Alvaro (Erick Elias) before their wedding but unexpectedly finds herself attracted to her future step-son Iker (Graco Sendel). The plot also involves the mystery of Alvaro's first wife, Fernanda, who went missing.
Each episode runs 10 minutes or less, with seven episodes lasting just seven minutes. The entire series can be watched in under four hours, making it perfect for a quick binge.
However, some viewers have reported a technical issue: from episode four onwards, dialogue audio is missing. Fans have taken to social media to complain, with one Reddit user stating, 'It doesn't have any dialogue audio after episode three. I am already hooked though and patiently waiting for the issue to be fixed!' Others have confirmed that the audio, including the English dubbed version, works fine for them.
