The iconic and notoriously brutal satire show, Spitting Image, has officially been resurrected, with its first new series in over two decades launching exclusively on BritBox. The show's signature latex puppets are back and sharper than ever, ready to lampoon the great and the not-so-good of British public life.
A new gallery of images reveals the stunningly accurate and grotesque puppets that will feature in the reboot. Leading the charge is a dishevelled and bewildered-looking Boris Johnson, complete with unruly blonde mop. He's joined by a smugly smiling Dominic Cummings and a weary-looking Queen Elizabeth II, who is seen clutching a colourful cocktail.
A New Royal Family Roasting
The Royal Family does not escape the show's infamous wrath. Prince Andrew is depicted in his full military regalia, a pointed reference to his disastrous Newsnight interview. The Duke and Duchess of Sussex, Prince Harry and Meghan Markle, are also prime targets, portrayed in what appears to be a Hollywood setting as they announce their departure from royal duties.

Beyond Westminster and Windsor, the show sets its sights on a global stage. US President Donald Trump appears with a notably orange complexion, while Russian President Vladimir Putin is shown shirtless on a horse. The lineup also includes puppets of celebrities like James Corden, Greta Thunberg, and Stormzy, ensuring no corner of modern culture is safe from ridicule.
