Silent Witness Final Episodes Schedule After BBC Shake-Up

Silent Witness returns to its usual Monday and Tuesday night slot this week after a series of scheduling disruptions on BBC One. The long-running crime drama, now in its 29th season, was moved last week due to FA Cup and Winter Olympics coverage, with episodes airing on Tuesday and Wednesday instead.

The penultimate case, titled 'Grace of God', will air in two parts: Part One on Monday, February 23, and Part Two on Tuesday, February 24, both at 9pm. The synopsis reveals that Jack Hodgson (David Caves) becomes involved in a bar fight after feeling the weight of local gun-related deaths, forcing him to decide whether to involve Nikki Alexander (Emilia Fox) and the Bowman team.

Following 'Grace of God', the season finale, 'Shame', will conclude the series on Monday, March 2 and Tuesday, March 3. Guest stars for the upcoming episodes include Christopher Coghill (Slow Horses), Ben Batt (Riot Women), and Vinette Robinson (Boiling Point).

Silent Witness, which relocated production from London to Birmingham for this season, has faced a turbulent schedule, with episodes three and four replaced by the later storyline 'Creekwood' due to BBC programming changes. However, fans can now look forward to a consistent run to the season's end.
