The fourth season of Selling The OC has premiered on Netflix, introducing new agents and heightened drama. The spin-off of Selling Sunset follows the Oppenheim Group's Orange County branch, with bosses Brett and Jason Oppenheim touting it as their most successful venue for luxury property sales.
Newcomers Fiona Belle, Ashtyn Zerboni, and Kaylee Ricciardi join the cast after six principal members departed following explosive plotlines, including a physical altercation between agents Austin Victoria and Sean Palmieri. Jason Oppenheim promised the new season is the most dramatic yet, telling Netflix's Tudum: 'This season, hands down, is the best drama and the best real estate that we've ever seen on Selling The OC.'
Viewers may be surprised by the cast's ages, as most are in their thirties. New agent Fiona Belle is the youngest at 24 (23 during filming), while former model Polly Brindle is the oldest agent at 39. Brett and Jason Oppenheim, at 48, are the eldest cast members overall.
The season synopsis teases: 'The OC agents are back and ready to establish their office as the top brokerage within the Oppenheim Group. As the competition heats up for some high-stakes listings, some may get burned as devastating rumours divide the team.'
