Sacha Baron Cohen has unveiled a dramatically transformed physique, sparking speculation that he may be preparing for a Marvel villain role. The 53-year-old actor, best known for characters like Borat and Ali G, showcased rock-hard abs and toned arms in a shirtless photoshoot for Men's Fitness UK, carrying two 30kg weights.
Cohen revealed that he enlisted the help of celebrity trainer Alfonso Moretti, after obtaining his number from Matthew McConaughey. In a social media post, he joked about using Ozempic, a private chef, and a personal trainer, but his representatives later clarified that the transformation was achieved through hard work alone, dismissing the Ozempic comment as a joke.
Detailing his fitness regime, Cohen said he followed a consistent routine of 100 push-ups a day and 25-minute workouts, even while filming. He also adhered to a diet high in fibre and protein. The results were so rapid that within two weeks, the wardrobe team had to spend £3,600 to alter his costumes.
The actor's new look has fueled rumours that he may be cast as a Marvel villain, though no official confirmation has been made. Cohen's transformation comes a month after his divorce from actress Isla Fisher was finalised, with the pair releasing a joint statement confirming their commitment to co-parenting their children.
