The sports comedy series Running Point is quickly climbing the Netflix charts following the release of its second season. Fans of the show, which stars Kate Hudson as Isla Gordon, president of the LA Waves basketball team, are eager to binge the latest episodes.

In an interview with The Hollywood Reporter, showrunner David Stassen gave an update on the show's future: "Netflix hasn’t officially picked up season three yet, but everyone is optimistic. Season one did very well, and Netflix has already shown a lot of faith by ordering the writers' room for a potential season three. So everyone is feeling good."
