The raunchy period drama 'Rivals' returns for its second season, with the first three episodes now streaming on Disney+. The series, set in the 1980s, follows television mogul Tony Baddingham (David Tennant) as he becomes more spiteful after the season one finale. Cameron Cook (Nafessa Williams), Rupert Campbell-Black (Alex Hassell) and Declan O'Hara (Aidan Turner) find themselves in his crosshairs, but are not backing down.
Season two consists of 12 episodes, released on a weekly basis. Episode 4 is scheduled for 22 May, followed by episode 5 on 29 May and episode 6 on 5 June. The final six episodes (7-12) will air later this year. All episodes are available exclusively on Disney+.
The series promises more scandal and debauchery, with rival television stations Corinium and Venturer battling on and off the airwaves. Viewers can expect sharp claws and sordid gossip to dominate Rutshire.
