Reese Witherspoon, 50, and ex-husband Ryan Phillippe, 51, were seen together for the first time in years as they celebrated their son Deacon's commencement. Their daughter Ava Phillippe was also present, along with Witherspoon's third child, Tennessee Toth, from her marriage to Jim Toth.
