The Radford family, Britain's largest with 22 children, spend £400 weekly on food, consuming 56 sausages, 16 pints of milk, and four loaves of bread daily. Parents Sue and Noel, both 50, run The Radford Pie Company in Morecambe, Lancashire, which supports their household.
Noel, a baker for 25 years, opened the bakery in 1999. Sue manages orders and acts as chief taste tester, while daughter Chloe, with five years' experience, contributes new recipes. Son Daniel handles orders and deliveries. The business was temporarily closed during the pandemic when Noel contracted COVID-19.
The family does not claim benefits except Child Benefit. Additional income comes from their YouTube channel with 312,000 subscribers and brand partnerships. They have also featured in Channel 5 documentaries, including '22 Kids and Counting'.
Sue denies being a 'secret millionaire', stating they lack a mansion or flash cars. Despite trolls criticising purchases like a £749 Emma mattress, she defends their hard work and lifestyle.
