Emily MacDonagh, wife of singer Peter Andre, shared a rare photograph of their six-year-old son Theo decorating the family Christmas tree on Saturday. The 33-year-old doctor posted the image on Instagram, showing Theo placing silver baubles and ribbons on the tree.
In the caption, Emily wrote: 'Theo getting ready for daddy coming home, we missed you! @peterandre ps. I know it's November but we couldn't resist.' Fans praised the sweet snap, with one commenting: 'Oh this is so sweet and such lovely words, bless Theo.' Another added: 'A beautiful tree it is too. Sure Pete will feel the love.'
The post comes after Peter, 49, revealed plans to move to Australia with Emily and their children due to his mother's declining health. The singer said he hopes to relocate for 'as long as possible' once he completes UK work commitments in December, but admitted school arrangements for his children are complicating the trip.
Peter has four children: Junior, 17, and Princess, 15, with ex-wife Katie Price, and Amelia, eight, and Theo, five, with Emily. In his new! magazine column, he wrote: 'If it all goes to plan, it'll be December and we'll all be going to Oz as a family. We want to get out there as soon as we can and stay for as long as possible, but it's tricky with the kids' school.'
He previously expressed sadness at watching his mother Thea, 86, 'suffering and declining' and hopes to spend as much time as possible with both her and his father Savvas, 89.
