The National Television Awards (NTAs) have unveiled their longlist nominations for the 31st annual ceremony, scheduled for 8 September. Notable nominees include Alan Carr, Ant and Dec, Alison Hammond, Claudia Winkleman, and Sir David Attenborough, who are all competing for the Best TV Presenter award.
New Category Introduced
A brand new Reality Docuseries category has been introduced for celebrity-led fly-on-the-wall programmes. This sees At Home With The Furys and Clarkson’s Farm going head to head. The BBC’s hit show The Traitors is set to compete against its celebrity spinoff in the Reality Competition category.
Drama Performance Nominations
Other significant categories feature Dame Emma Thompson, Martin Clunes, Tom Hiddleston, and Brenda Blethyn for Drama Performance.
