Netflix's quietly streaming true crime docuseries 'Homicide' is earning rave reviews from viewers who call it the best true crime show they have ever watched. The series, produced by 'Law & Order' creator Dick Wolf, delves into gruesome murders from the perspectives of detectives, prosecutors, and victims' families.
What Is 'Homicide' About?
First released in 2024, 'Homicide' initially focused on chilling murders in Los Angeles across five episodes. Seasons 2 and 3 shifted attention to New York crimes. Season 3, titled 'Homicide: New York,' covers a serial offender in Central Park, a suspicious drowning at Soho House, and officers' firsthand accounts of 9/11 at Ground Zero.
The series offers a comprehensive look at how law enforcement approached each case and how families coped with their loss. All 15 episodes are now available on Netflix.
