Love Island's Tom Clare and Molly Smith Bid Farewell to First Home Ahead of Summer Wedding

Love Island All Stars winners Tom Clare and Molly Smith have said a 'bittersweet goodbye' to their first home, just two months before their wedding. The couple, who won the 2024 series of the ITV show, are set to marry on Saturday, 22 August after Tom proposed during a holiday in Dubai last September.

Although the pair only received the keys to their first home two years ago and recently renovated it, they have decided to start married life elsewhere. Tom shared a photo of their home lit up at night on his Instagram stories, writing: 'A bitter sweet feeling saying bye to our first home! But something new is coming...'

The news comes shortly after the couple invested in a new kitchen and a home gym. Molly also showcased her new walk-in wardrobe and a large television for movie and sports nights. Speaking to the Mirror last month, the bride-to-be revealed that their summer wedding will take place in Spain. She said: 'We're really excited - I think we got a different vibe when we went to the Spain one [venue]. We both instantly were like, 'This is definitely it'.'

Though the reality TV stars are keeping details of their big day under wraps, Molly shared: 'We're keeping it quite traditional, but we're not doing all the traditions such as throwing the bouquet. We're quite relaxed with it.' Tom added that he wants flowers but is shocked by the cost, joking: 'I'll need another job just to pay for them!'

Despite meeting on Love Island, there will be no nods to the show on their wedding day. Tom teased: 'I think there's going to be a heart rate challenge - and when we do the vows Molly has to do a recoupling speech. Jokes aside, we both want it to be the best day of our lives.' The couple also plan to take over friends Jamie Laing and Sophie Habboo's wedding podcast, Nearlyweds, offering insight into their wedding planning.
