Maya Jama has dazzled in a new promotional teaser for Love Island All Stars, wearing a dramatic ruffled white ballgown and holding a bejeweled golden sceptre. The 30-year-old presenter posed for a regal portrait in the trailer, which draws inspiration from royal paintings with a Love Island twist, featuring hunky abs and bikini-clad bodies.
The teaser shows an artist completing a painting of Maya, who declares: 'Finished? We're just getting started.' The new series, which brings back former fan-favourite islanders, is set to premiere on January 13 at 9pm on ITV2 and ITVX.
ITV announced the start date last week via an Instagram post featuring an invitation addressed to 'dating royalty'. The white invitation with gold and black lettering reads: 'Dear Islander, as dating royalty, you are cordially invited back to the villa as a Love Island All Star.'
Maya Jama took over as the show's main host in 2022 after Laura Whitmore stepped down. Since then, she has presented Love Island Games, Love Island All Stars, and series 11.
Earlier this month, MailOnline revealed that Ekin-Su Cülcüloğlu, 30, who won the show in 2022 with ex-boyfriend Davide Sanclimenti, has become the first contestant to sign up for All Stars. She hopes to find a long-term partner after a bitter breakup and a stint on Celebrity Big Brother, where she faced criticism.
