Fans of spy thrillers and crime dramas can start getting excited as a brand new season of a hit TV series is now available to stream. The show, which was inspired by the acclaimed French series The Bureau, stars Michael Fassbender as a senior case officer for the CIA. Over the course of the series, he is ordered to abandon his undercover life and return to face a deadly game of international intrigue and espionage.

The series, hailed a masterpiece by fans, was renewed for a second season and it dropped on June 21 on Paramount Plus. The Agency is the series in question and speaking exclusively to the Daily Express, star Jodie Turner-Smith opened up about her excitement to work with Michael Fassbender again.
The actress, who plays Martian's (Fassbender) love interest Dr Samia Fatima, said: "He's so fun to work with and so amazing. I love that even if we are not sharing screen time together, you know, Samia and Martian are together constantly. Samia is so deeply affected by this love that has now destroyed her life, that no matter if we are in a room together or not, the presence is there."
New Stars Join Season Two
Season two saw a whole host of new stars join the series, including Christian Ochoa Lavernia as Grandma, Clayne Crawford as Viking, Medalion Rahimi as Darya, Raza Jaffrey as Craig, Tessa Ferrer as Robyn and Keanush Tafreshi as Hassan Zamani.

The synopsis for season two reads: "The Agency season two follows Martian, a CIA agent living undercover in his own life. Samia, his lover, is a political prisoner in Sudan, and he will do anything to try and save her, even past the point of treachery. The only way out is deeper in. Fans took to IMDb reviews to share their thoughts on the first season, with some claiming it was better than the hit thriller Slow Horses. One viewer said: "The writing and acting are first rate. The plot twists are as intriguing as a John Le Carre novel, yet the action is as exciting as an Ian Fleming classic. The rating on this should be much, much higher. I liked this even more than Apple's Slow Horses, which I loved. If you are a fan of classic spy literature, you will not want to miss this show."
