Fans of The Masked Singer UK believe they have identified one of the mystery performers in the upcoming Christmas special. The show returns on Boxing Day with four celebrities disguised as Santa's Sack, Mistletoe, a Goose A-Laying, and Figgy Pudding.
Viewers on Reddit have speculated that the Goose is actually Jenny Ryan, a Chaser on the quiz show The Chase. One fan wrote: 'Goose a laying is so random, but as it's normally 6 geese, I wonder if it's someone known for being in a group of 6. Maybe like a band, a Chaser (probably Jenny) or one of the friends cast (probably Lisa).' Another added: 'I reckon it's a Chaser maybe Jenny Ryan.'
Jenny Ryan previously impressed audiences with her singing on X Factor: Celebrity in 2019, performing Queen's Somebody to Love. Judge Louis Walsh remarked: 'Wow Jenny, where did all that come from? You've got a great voice.' Nicole Scherzinger also praised her performance.
The Christmas special will also feature pantomime legends providing hints, including Su Pollard, Christopher Biggins, Lesley Joseph, and Basil Brush. The episode airs on ITV1 and ITVX at 7.30pm on December 26.
