Love Island's 2026 summer series has been running for three weeks, but fans hoping for a Saturday episode will be disappointed. The ITV2 dating show does not broadcast its main programme on Saturdays.
No Main Show on Saturdays
The primary show airs Sunday to Friday at 9pm on ITV2 and ITVX, meaning the next episode will be on Sunday, June 21. However, viewers can watch the spin-off Love Island: Unseen Bits tonight at 10pm on ITV2, featuring extra footage not shown in the main edit.
Friday's Dramatic Elimination
Friday's episode (June 19) saw a surprise recoupling that led to the elimination of original Islander Sam Workman and bombshell Namibia Olpherts. New bombshells were instructed to steal a partner from an established pairing, leaving Sam and Namibia single and subsequently ejected.
Tina Rad paired with Aidan Murphy, Halle Brown chose Tommy Murphy after a kiss, Chidi selected Mica Harris, and Finley Maddock picked Ellie Chadwick. Meanwhile, Mica Harris and Samraj Toor rekindled feelings despite Mica previously friend-zoning Samraj. They had a private chat on the terrace, which caught the attention of Samraj's partner Priya Jaswal.
Upcoming Episodes
Every Sunday after the main show, viewers can watch companion series Love Island: Aftersun hosted by Maya Jama, featuring interviews with Islanders' families and video calls with the cast.
Love Island airs Sundays to Fridays at 9pm on ITV2 and ITVX.
