Gloria, 86, stated that "the average public is fed up" with political upheaval, but Kaye, 63, attempted to interject. Gloria responded sharply: "Just let me finish my bit," before continuing. When Kaye spoke over her again, Gloria raised her hand and said: "Kaye, just give me one second for goodness sake to speak!"
The debate escalated as Kaye questioned whether Gloria had voted for Labour in the recent election. Gloria refused to answer, saying: "I'm not telling you who I voted for." Judi Love attempted to lighten the mood by joking: "This feels like Parliament to me."
