Karren Brady Reveals Slim Figure in Apprentice Behind-the-Scenes Photos

Karren Brady displayed her noticeably slimmed-down physique in a series of fresh behind-the-scenes photographs released following the penultimate episode of The Apprentice, which aired on Thursday evening. The 57-year-old businesswoman and television personality posed in a chic grey ensemble after the show's notorious interview episode, which ultimately saw candidates Pascha Myhill and Karishma Vijay secure their places in the final.

Stylish Appearance and Finalist Reveal

Brady wore a stylish grey top from designer Lena Hoschek paired with jeans from L'AGENCE for the photos. She also shared an image featuring the show's formidable interview panel, comprising Claudine Collins, Mike Soutar, Linda Plant, and Claude Littner, who rigorously questioned the remaining candidates.

In her social media caption accompanying the photos, Brady wrote: 'Our Season 20 finalists have been revealed. After an intense grilling in tonight's interview task, three more candidates were sent packing. Nothing was off-limits. Major business flaws were exposed, probing questions fired, and Lord Sugar's toughest-talking business associates held absolutely nothing back.'

She concluded by asking her followers: 'So, which of the two finalists do you think has what it takes to land Lord Sugar's £250,000 investment? Which business would you choose to invest in?'

Addressing Weight Loss Speculation

The businesswoman has directly addressed the considerable speculation surrounding her newly slimmed-down figure, following accusations that her transformation resulted from weight loss medications such as Ozempic. Brady firmly denied using any weight loss injections, insisting instead that her body transformation was achieved through traditional methods: a controlled diet and regular exercise.

Speaking to The Sun about her weight loss, Brady claimed that inquiries about how she shed pounds often represent an effort to 'belittle' women or 'make them feel insecure.' She stated: 'I'm not on Ozempic, but questions about women's weight come up far more often than they should. I'd much prefer the conversation to be focused around my work.'

Brady elaborated further: 'Anyone can do anything they want to their own body. I have no problem with it at all. But people think they know something they don't know, or they just presume. And so what if I was? And what if I wasn't? It would be my choice. I think the way people talk about women's bodies is certainly an effort to belittle them or make them feel insecure.'

The businesswoman revealed she has faced body commentary throughout her life: 'I've been called too fat, too thin and everything in between. I've had a lifetime of it. All I want is to feel strong, physically and mentally.'

Health Routines and Grandmother Motivation

Brady previously admitted to losing approximately five kilograms before every Apprentice series launch, explaining: 'so I look my normal weight and I don't look huge next to Alan [Sugar] as he's so fit and healthy.' She noted that Lord Sugar has become something of a health inspiration, describing him as 'very fit' and revealing that her husband cycles with Sugar during holidays.

A regular gym-goer and mother of two, Brady insists she has worked diligently to incorporate frequent exercise into her demanding lifestyle. She explained: 'You have to find the time to go, particularly as you get older. I have a very set routine that I do, but it's mainly cardiovascular and weights, and I don't mind the odd swim. I go three or four times a week. I never have set days, because I've got a full-time job, then I have to go to the House of Lords often to vote, so I fit it in where I can.'

The businesswoman recently disclosed that her weight loss journey was significantly motivated by becoming a grandmother. Her daughter, Sophia Peschisolido, welcomed two sons: Leo, aged 22 months, and George, four months old. Brady said: 'I have been on a health kick, I became a grandma, and I wanted to be a fit, healthy grandma, so I started eating healthy and exercising.'

She reiterated her distance from pharmaceutical weight loss solutions: 'I haven't joined [the Ozempic Club] - bloody hard work. It is okay losing it, it is keeping it off. I have lost quite a bit - I don't know, though, as I don't weigh myself. I feel better for it. It is good because everything you put on fits.'
