David Jason Returns to Set of Still Open All Hours in Doncaster

Sir David Jason has been spotted back on the set of Still Open All Hours in Doncaster, reprising his role as Granville. The 75-year-old actor was seen in good spirits, wearing his character's trademark camel coat and helping crew members move a trampoline between takes.

Co-star Tim Healy, best known for his role in Benidorm, performed his own stunt during filming, falling off a bicycle after a car door opened into him. The 63-year-old actor landed safely on a protective mat and appeared unfazed as he prepared for retakes.

The set of Arkwright's grocery was decorated with festive lights and signs reading 'Mistletoe, mince pies, kiss first, eat later' for a Christmas special. Other cast members including Stephanie Cole and Lynda Baron were also present.

The revived series first aired on Boxing Day 2013 and was the most-watched show of that day, serving as a tribute to the late Ronnie Barker, who died in 2005.
