Jasmine Mitchell, a 23-year-old amateur baker, has been named the winner of The Great British Bake Off 2025. She impressed judges Paul Hollywood and Prue Leith throughout the series, earning Star Baker five times—a record for the show.
In Tuesday night's final, Jasmine triumphed over fellow finalists Aaron Mountford-Myles, 38, and Tom Arden, 31. Speaking after her win, she said: 'Oh my goodness I am just so overjoyed! ... I have done it and I am just so unbelievably happy.'
Prue Leith praised Jasmine's consistency, calling it 'almost unheard of,' while Paul Hollywood noted that she never faced elimination and called her 'the best one we have seen for quite a while.'
The final featured three challenges: iced buns, a tower of madeleines, and a 1.2-metre-long table cake. Jasmine excelled in the showstopper, securing her victory.
